榛子朱古力粒鬆餅

用家中尚餘少量的物資做了這個鬆餅^^

榛子朱古力粒鬆餅食譜

材料:
榛子35G、朱古力粒20G、亞麻籽18G、低筋粉122G、全麥粉122G、泡打粉2茶匙、鹽1/2茶匙、乳酪90G、糖60G(因為我用了家中的果味乳酪,當中有糖份,所以略減)、蛋2隻、橄欖油70G

做法:
略烘榛子、亞麻籽備用,先將粉類過篩拌勻,另外混合濕料,接着將兩者混合成麵糊,尚有少許乾粉時拌入乾性材料至均勻,倒入紙杯,用200度焗約20分鐘

      係呀,真係功多藝熟,不過都會有老貓燒鬚時,早前整藍莓 muffin 都已經失敗了,質地唔夠鬆呢!

  2. Oh last week I also try to make chocolate muffin, but don't know why I feel not enough soft, can teach/suggest me some idea please :)

    1. I learn from other bloggers that the main reason of causing muffins hard is usually we overmix the ingredients. Perhaps you can first separately mix the wet and dry ingredients, so that they can be folded easily and mixed together and to shorten the folding time^^

    4. Dry items refer to flour and powder, while wet one includes oil, yogurt, egg and water. For the nuts, dried fruit or choco chips, I usually add in when all nearly mix well. Hope it helps and wish u succeed!!
